Experience
While still in high school, Jason began his career with Gradex running parts and assisting the mechanics in the shop. He continued to work in the field through high school and college fulfilling nearly every capacity from laborer, operator, foreman and superintendent. After graduation from college in 1995, he began his career as a project manager and was later promoted to Vice President. In 2007, he was named President of Gradex and today he is responsible for fiscal and strategic leadership across the company.
Education
Jason has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Dayton and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Butler University in Indianapolis.
Involvement
Jason is an active member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) where he has served on the Board of Directors for 4 years in several chairs. He is involved with the Indiana Construction Association (ICA) serving on various committees. He is involved in the Indiana chapter of the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA). Jason and his family are parishioners of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church.
When not working, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 sons.
