Gradex’s Site Development services include an accumulation of all of the services Gradex has to offer.  Starting at the bidding stage where our estimating department works closely with the project owner in acquiring a set of plans, calculating volumes for accurate quantity takeoffs, and providing detailed quotes back to the owner with ideas to help in reducing the construction costs.  Once our quote is approved by the owner, our project management team takes over to buy-out subcontractors and suppliers.  This allows Gradex to not only perform our direct work, but allows the owner an easy 1-point of contact when dealing with everything outside of the limits of the building, including but not limited to:  Surveying, Erosion Control, Chemical Stabilization Services, Asphalt, Concrete, Landscaping, etc.
